The picture of Lennon playing UNO was taken while they were teaching our guide, Sue, how to play. Sue is studying to be a teacher. He was absolutely incredible with the kids, often pairing up with maddux or lennon. At one point in the kayak trip, maddux suggested to him that we all get out and swim. He kayaked to a little island, jumped out and dove in. So fun! Lennon said, “I think Sue practices his dreams.” We all should!
Lots of activity at the village and a couple more pictures of the little naked boy playing with a tire. Awesome!

BB- yes! I used the quote Fiona gave me in a blog post. I love it. How are you guys? We miss you. We’re in Myanmar (Burma.) it is hot. We’re in the middle of a desert (Bagan) with beautiful ancient pagodas everywhere. We were out walking to see them and someone ran up to tell us it was dangerous because there are snakes everywhere. Ok- we tiptoed back pretty quickly! I don’t mind snakes- I just wouldn’t want anyone getting bitten by one. I wonder if we’d have to get shots for that, too! 🙂 Love!
What did Fiona and you say the other day : A Dream you dream alone stays a dream, the one you live and share with others becomes reality.
I am soo extremely happy for you guys! And thankful that you let us in on your dream! This trip will most likely become a chain reaction, maybe some of us blog readers but definitely your kids are jump started to begin dreaming their own dreams coming out of this experience and then go on sharing it with others and so on. How great is that? Lots of love and many more “dreams becoming reality ” to come for the 5 of you and your fellow travelers !
